Lustana is a platform for adult fiction. We believe in creative freedom, but all content published on the Platform must comply with these guidelines, applicable laws, and our Terms of Service. These guidelines exist to protect our users, authors, and the platform.
🚫 Absolutely Prohibited — Zero Tolerance
Violations in this section will result in immediate permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement and NCMEC.
1. Strictly Prohibited Content
The following content is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential law enforcement reporting:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any sexual content involving minors (characters under 18). This applies regardless of whether they are described as fictional. All characters in sexual situations must be explicitly written as adults aged 18 or older.
- Non-consensual content presented approvingly: Depictions of rape, assault, or any sexual act without consent framed in an approving or glorifying manner.
- Real person content: Sexual content depicting real, identifiable people without verifiable consent.
- Doxxing: Publishing private personal information of any individual.
- Hate speech: Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
2. Age Requirement for Fictional Characters
All characters engaged in romantic or sexual situations must be written as adults, aged 18 years or older. Authors must not:
- Describe characters in sexual situations as being under 18
- Use language that implies characters are minors even if no age is stated
- Age-down characters from source material if that source material is being sexualized
When in doubt, add an explicit statement of age early in the story.
3. Content Tags & Warnings Required
Authors must apply appropriate content tags for:
- Non-consensual scenarios (clearly labeled as fiction, dark fantasy)
- Dubious consent scenarios
- Violence or gore
- Specific kinks or fetishes (BDSM, etc.)
- Graphic sexual content
Failing to tag content appropriately may result in forced tagging, content removal, or account suspension.
4. Allowed Content
Lustana supports a wide range of adult fiction including, but not limited to:
- Romance and erotica between consenting adult characters
- BDSM and kink fiction (with proper tags)
- Fantasy, sci-fi, and speculative fiction with adult themes
- Dark fiction, villains, morally complex characters
- LGBTQ+ adult fiction
- Multilingual content in English, Hindi, and Urdu
5. Intellectual Property
- Do not publish content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks of others
- Fan fiction is allowed but must not claim to be official or imply endorsement
- Do not republish others' work without explicit attribution and permission
6. Enforcement
Our moderation team reviews reported content. Violations may result in:
- Warning for first minor violations
- Content removal for violations of content standards
- Temporary suspension for repeated violations
- Permanent account termination for severe violations
- Law enforcement reporting for illegal content (CSAM immediately)
