1. Subscription Plans
Lustana offers the following subscription plans:

2. Billing Cycle & Automatic Renewal
All premium subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the start of each new billing cycle. You will receive a receipt by email for each successful charge.
3. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards processed securely. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. Lustana does not store full card numbers on our servers.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period
- You will not be charged again after the current period ends
- You will retain premium access until your paid period expires
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free tier
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of:
- Verified billing errors or duplicate charges
- Technical issues that prevented access to the Platform for an extended period
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to billing@lustana.com.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect via email. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge for up to 3 days. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free tier. You can update your payment method at any time in your account settings to restore premium access.
8. Taxes
Prices are listed in USD (US Dollars). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location and applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes assessed on your subscription.
